tiny nobly lumps middle side please help.

Hi I had an emergancy c section 8 months ago and now I can feel tiny little lumps on my side of my tummy, when I press in it hurts feels like its bruised inside? And when I bend over or lean it feels strange. They did alot of tugging and pulling could this be something to do with having a c section anyone eles have this please just need some reasurance. X. X

I had this after my c-sec. I would say it lasted noticibly for about a year, then another year of the odd weird feeling. At one point I was convinced I had adhesions as it would be painful. I found that massaging that are helped. and if it is scar tissue it will eventually kinda work its way out, so to speak.
