I have a tipped (or flexed or retroverted) uterus. It tipps back and to the left. I have heard sooo many horror stories about the IUD insertion with a tipped uterus. My GYN told me she had no trouble inserting IUDs with a tipped uterus, but of course i am still a little worried about it. Can you please share with me what your experience was like getting the IUD inserted IF you have a tipped uterus. Also, if you had it removed and you have a tipped uterus, what was that process like? Please dont leave out any details. I dont want it sugar coated, i just want to know what to expect. Thanks!
Oh and sorry, TMI, but i have to know...bc of my tipped uterus,
is sometimes painful (depending on position). Did the IUD make DTD more painful for you or did it stay the same?
