Hi all, my baby is 9 months old. I'm going back to work every mon, tues and weds morning and I'm hoping to continue breastfeeding her on the days I'm with her, and to express feeds for her whilst I'm at work.
She won't drink my milk if its been frozen or if its older than 24 hours refrigerated because I have excess lipase in the milk and it tastes soapy and bitter!
I tend to breastfeed her first thing at about 6am, then 10am ish, then 2 ish and before bed. I understand I can just express at 10 and 2 when I'm in work but what about the day before? When ill be breastfeeding and trying to express? Needing double the amount of milk! if im not expressing everyday my body wont be able to keep up with the first day at work each week will it? Plus I'm not sure as to how much milk to leave. Is 10oz enough?

    Thanks everyone
