Tips for pinning prefold cloth diapers?

I'm just starting to cloth diaper using prefolds, pins, and diaper covers.
Does anyone have any tips on pinning the prefolds tight enough around baby? I haven't had any leaks yet but the leg openings look loose once I pin the sides.

I've watched several videos and I've been practicing but I'm wondering if anyone has any tips or tricks that helped you learn?

I'm not an expert but have been looking at a few cloth diapering videos as we hope to try it this time. I've bought some snappis to use with prefolds- tried them?

Snappis. I tried to use pins at one point... Just get snappis.
