tips on TTC for friend

Almost a year ago, I created a group on Facebook (a private one) on discussing infertility. If anyone would like to join, ill tell you how to find it. Recently, some of my personal friends and I have been talking more and more on it. I'm trying to think of ideas I can give one friend who posted today looking for tips, and things to try that don't require a doctor. She did go see an on gun a year ago to discuss things, but the Dr pretty much said she was just there for fertility meds, which wasn't the case. Any tips I could tell her? I already told her about taking Prenatal Vitamins, Preseed, tempting, cop's, bding every other day. She also said her cycles are unpredictable, so I recommended finding a new on gun, and talking about an hsg. Anything else I should tell her. Kinda drawing a blank for more TIA! Oh, and I did recommend joining bnb, because you all have been so use to me!
