Tips? Vitamins/Supplements?

Okay moving into my 4th cycle and didn't think it was going to take this long as I got pg on my second cycle last time.

I'm taking folic acid and vitex. Occasionally eating beetroot because I've heard it's good for you.

What can anyone recommend? What is important to be taking?

:hugs: This can be so damn frustrating can't it??

Here is what I am taking:
- vitamin D (1500iui)
- multi b with folic acid
- chromium
- arctic cod fish oil
- probiotics
- inositol

They are all really helping. My suggestion is to find a holistic nutritionist, and she can help you get the right kind of things specifically for you. My sister is one and she's been great at helping me figure out what stuff to take.
