TMI But need ideas to what this is?

Again, this is TMI. But I couldn't help but to ask.

So, I just came home from some shopping, and I had to go to the bathroom to #2. (Note: I've had hemmrhoids before, and this doesn't feel like what Ive experienced before.) As I started to go, I got this excruciating stabbing/cramping feeling in my uterus as I was trying to poop! It was so horrible, I had to try really hard not to scream in pain or to cry. It was THAT bad. Like I said, I've had hemmrhoids before, and this definetly wasnt like anything I've felt before. Anyone experienced this?

Is it maybe just pressure on the uterus?

If its that painful you wanted to scream id get a professional opinion, maybe just ring the docs and ask?

If the feeling was in your uterus, I definitely wouldn't even begin to think hemorrhoids
I agree with PP,.if it was that bad, def call the doc!

This might be too obvious but any chance it was trapped winded or a muscle strain or weakness because of all the relaxin. Both would be painful if you were straining to have a poo, but nothing to worry about. If you continue to be in pain though, it never hurts to get it checked out.
