TMI warning- in 2ww help!

Sorry if this is too much information!
This is my second month I have O' on clomid. Last cycle after a nice strong O, my nipples were a bit sore. This cycle they are killing me! And so itchy all of a sudden! But it hurts to scratch them! Like OUCH!! What can I do to help stop it, if anything?
