TMI warning number twos

My LO usually poops once/ twice a day but in this hot weather he hasn't been in two and a half days!! He seems perfectly content and not trying to push anything. Is anyone elses LO the same? Do u offer cooled boiled water a little to help?

We have given our baby water in this heat. He is older than yours though.
I wouldn't see the harm in an ounce or two, but check with a nurse/etc. if your baby is under 4 months.
