TMI - Weird sharp pains in privates!

Sorry if this is TMI but I have just been to the toilet, I have constipation, I thought i would take a chance and see if i can go but no such luck. I didnt do much straining but what little i did led to sharp pains on the outside an inside my foof! And i had the weird sensation like everything was going to fall out! lol Has anyone else had this? Im 37wks today xx

Lightening crotch, at least I think that's what they call it. Happens when bby starts engaging. X
