Thought I'd start a thread because I asked for help yesterday on the pregnancy bit but no one replied :(. Since getting pregnant my stress levels have increased and over the last week they'd gone through the roof to the point I was starting to feel angry I had thoughts of shutting myself away in a room just to punch, kick and scream at the wall (I've never been an angry person and usually very laid back) It is actually very common for stress and anxiety to happen in pregnancy due to the hormones in your body so yes it's all part of the pregnancy your not loosing your sanity. I went to doctors and found that Rescue remedy is safe to use in pregnancy you add it to water 4 times a day it's all natural so no chemicals and I must say I am feeling a difference already 24hours along! Infact I'm starting to feel very normal and that I can suddenly cope with my daily life/routine. So if your feeling just like this then you can buy rescue remedy at boots and other pharmacies but I'd recommend going to see your doc first as the bottle states to speak with your doctor first if pregnant :)

Glad you have found something to help, love it when that happens :)
Xx

Ooh I'll try that! I've been really stressed and aggressive, not like me at all. I've even been getting cross at my 19 month old :(

Yeah I noticed my stress had gone to far when I shouted at my daughter to to shut up because she was shouting and screaming :( I knew I had to seek some help when I did this and glad I did.

Ive been really bad with my temper and agression (not like me) and feeling like I wanted to lock myself away from the whole world, partly because my doc wont give me the anti depressants back when the consultant says I need them. I will try rescue remedy because nothing else seems to be chilling me out at the moment
