hi ladies

im 8 weeks Friday and have been doing light weights and swimming..as im not new to exercise, do any of you know which movements not to do in the first trimester??

my hubby is a personal trainer but doesnt know anything about pregnant women. I dont exercise with him!!

swimming is great..but boxercise?? twisting? stretching?? the internet is overloads me info..the irony, i know..but thought you ladies might give concise info!

now touch your toes..can you??:wacko:
