Just wondering what your Toddlers feeding schedule is like? What time's do they have breckie, lunch, dinner and snacks at and how much do they eat?

Thanks

Hayden doesn't eat much but these are the times we offer..unless he says he's hungry before

9am breakfast
11am I will try a snack (he almost never eats it)
2pm lunch (he usually naps until then)
4pm snack
6-7pm dinner
bed at 8

My LO usually has breakfast 8.30am, lunch 12.30-1pm and dinner 5-5.30pm. He usually snacks around 10.30am and 3pm, but as he's almost 3 as long as its not too close to mealtimes I let him decide on snacktimes.

23 months old :

7:30 150ml milk
8:00 a bowl of cereal + some fruit
10:00 snack(a couple breadsticks or a ricecake)
12:00 lunch sandwich(2 slices) + more fresh fruit
3/3:30 100-150ml milk(doesn't always have this)
4:30 snack(a biscuit)
5:30/6 dinner pasta, fish pie, rice+veggies(quite a big serving) yoghurt
7 some more milk(50-100ml)

Thanks for your replies. You all sound very similar to what we are doing just now.

8 or 8.30am - 5oz milk and cereal e.g. 1 whitabix, rice crispies, shreadded wheat

10.30am snack - something like raisins, rice cakes, breadsticks, fruit

12noon - lunch - something like sandwich, toastie, pasta, crackers, soup and yogart

2.30pm - snack

5pm - dinner - chicken, pasta, fish pie etc and yogart and sometimes some rice cakes, breadsticks if she asks

7.30pm - milk for bed about 8-9oz

I am finding just now that DD is not eating much breakfast but is then asking for lots at snack time!! We are going through the I want phase.
