I'm sorry your dad hung up, but you know what at least you made an effort in calling. Your MIL sounds so nice, especially since she knows what you're going through. Maybe you should try and see her more often since your own parents don't want anything to do with you? Sorry about your parents though, it's crap they could be so inconsiderate.

I am 26 and my mum has been less than happy about my pregnancy - we do have our issues too. At least you have people there for you, that is amazing.
