Told I will miscarry- how long does hcg longer around for?

I had a FET done and got my bfp at 4 weeks on 28/11/15

I had my hcg tested on 30/11/15- 66.2

Then again on 2/12/15- 36.5 (big drop)

Told to come off progesterone and progynova... Devastated!!! I've cried non stop!

Starting to get brown spotting...

Just done a pregnancy test as gathered my level would be at 0 by now if it went down by 30 in 2 days, it's been 4 days since the last beta...

I had hardly a line on my cheapie tests even when I was getting a positive on a digital- I've just done one and got a line it's not dark dark but it's darker than what I have had on them... I know I'm clutching at the straws and I know I'm more than likely going to miscarry but why would I still have hcg in my body if it dropped so quick in 2 days?

Am I fooling myself??? This is my first miscarriage so I have no idea about the process.
I'm meant to be repeating my bloods Monday or Tuesday to make sure my level is at 0.

Scerena I feel your pain. Unfortunately, I don't have an answer for you. I am on same boat.
I am ttc for months so started vitex this cycle. I O on cd17. Got a BFP 12 & 13dpo on 3 digital. Got a BFN 15 & 16dpo. Today is 16dpo and started bleeding. I am not sure if I really lost or if still hope. My doc app was schedule for 12/22 when I should be 7 weeks. I can't stop crying either. This was my first preg. And now I guess first chemical. I am 32.

How do you measure the level? Is your doc ordering tests?
Pls be strong. I am praying for you. Keep updates.

Thank you b4bee today I have bright red heavy flow and a few cramps so I was literally holding onto a string of thread :/

The doctors done a hcg blood test which measured my levels 48hours apart.

Good luck I hope that everything turns out ok for you will your doctors not offer you a hcg blood test or any sort of testing before?
