My first ultrasound appointment tomorrow. I swear it feels like I'm 5 years old and this is Christmas Eve. But I'm soooo scared to get there and not see ANYTHING on the screen, or find out baby stopped growing and not see a heart beat. Uuuuugh. I swear I've gone from excited, to tears at least 5 times today. I wish I could just be EXCITED the way I should be and the way baby deserves. Its just so many mixed feelings and I cannot wait until tomorrow morning but I'm dreading bad news :nope::dohh::wacko:

I understand. My first ultrasound is on April 1 and I get terrified just thinking about it. Wishing you so much luck and peace :hugs:

I completely understand. I've got my first scan tomorrow and am soo nervous and scared and excited all at the same time!! Lol.

Good luck!!

Wellllllllllllllllll..... Baby is measuring at 8 weeks 3 days (only 1 day less than originally thought) and the heart beat was at 170! I didn't get to hear it but I saw the little flicker on the screen and my gosh my heart melted. But it still doesn't seem real???! I thought that seeing the baby would have made it easier to be excited, but it hasn't... :dohh:

I'm so happy for you! Congratulations!!! I just popped over from miscarriage support and you've given me hope everything can be ok, I hope your pregnancy goes as smoothly as possible for you x x

Congratulations, that's great news! It's normal to still be scared, but hang in there and don't stress yourself out trying to feel a certain way. Emotions are always up and down!

I'm glad I've given you hope. I know that "hope" has been hard for me to hold on to this entire pregnancy which has made me feel super guilty. But I definitely do believe that there is a right time for everything, whether we see it at the moment or it may even take years for us to see why something happened or didnt happen. Hang in there. :hugs:
