My LMP was 26th and I had unprotected sex on July 7th. I started ovulation day on the 9th or 10th. Last night at 2am I started feeling nauseas and that's not normal for me unless I'm suffering with a migraine. Today I have moderate back pain and have some cramping in my lower abdominal and it feels like its twitching in that area (weird). Also my boobs are a little sore. It says implantation starts usually 6-12 days after ovulation but some people have said that they had implantation within 3 days past ovulation. Is this all in my head or do I sound pregnant? This would be my first pregnancy, I'm 23 and my period is due around the 23rd. Thanks everyone who responds!

I can't say it never happens. But I would say it is incredibly rare. It takes time for the egg to travel through your body, meet the sperm, become fertilized, implant, and then for your body to interpret all of that so that it can begin the process of pregnancy. Three days is on the very very short side of possible.
