A friend of mine who I met through this lovely website when we lost our precious daughters works at our local ccollege and managed to get in touch with someone on my behalf asking for contact details of a photography student which she then forwarded onto me.

OH MY WORD his work is amazing and hes only 17 :o He could give all the professionals here a run for their money. Some of the photos in his portfolio had me speechless with my mouth wide open.

Anyways got in contact with him and it looks likely that hes available for our wedding :happydance:

So thats the last big thing ticked of our list and now I can begin to relax and look forward to our big day :D x

SEE!!!! thats exactly what i'm on about give it up for photography students!!!!!

that is ace!! wish I could do that. All the photography 'students' I know have all got their degrees now...and are friends anyway so will be at the wedding as guests :dohh:

well, if you still are on a budget- email the university/ college and ask to put up advertisement posters about looking for a photography student- your allowed to because uni's promote students earning extra cash!!!!!!

Just put up a poster (and they'll put it on the website if you ask) advertising 3rd yr students, throw them £50 each, let them 'keep' your pictures for their portfolio and give them a slice of cake to take home- booom!!!

Might do that for a local uni (my uni was over an hour away) see what response I get.
