Tough Mudder

Hi,

Is anyone training or know anyone who has done the Tough Mudder? My Husband want to do it this year and i want to know if there is anything i can do to help other than standing aside cheering him on

my crazy husband is also doing this this year. if you look on their website there are some training plans you can download on it... maybe you could do some of those with him? no way would I be fit enough for that so I'll be on the sidelines cheering him on and looking the other way at the scary bits!

My OH & I are doing it this year! We're STOKED! It's gonna be difficult, but we're beasts, we can do it!

It takes a lot of training. It's a very rigorous course. But if you train properly for about... I'd say 4-6 months depending on where you're starting, you can do it and be so damn proud of yourself!
