My honest opinion of Tracy Anderson.
She promotes a diet that results in muscle loss (ie. unhealthy amount of low calories and low fats), and her 'training' that she promotes is filled with myths and incorrect science. If you have ever seen her infomercial, it is very clear that her before/after subjects have gone through somewhat of a starvation diet and have lost muscle mass, rather than fat.
If you are looking for a motivational DVD with a female trainer who knows her stuff, I recommend the following:
Lauren Brooks (Kettlebell Queen)
Anything by Rachel Cosgrove or Cassandra Forsythe
And to a lesser extent, Jillian Michaels
