Travel injections

My fiance and I are TTC and getting married in May. We are going on our honeymoon in Thailand, and my doc says I should have a Hep A booster before I go. I've done a bit of research online and it's hard to know whether the injection could cause harm if we do manage to conceive as a lot of the information is conflicting - has anyone ever had any experience with this?
