travel to another country for ICSI?

Hi I am from Germany and our doc told us to go ahead and travel to Belgium for the ICSI because there they can wait longer by law before retransplanting. anyone traveled to other counties for IVF / ICSI and stuff?
our incurance wont pay ICSI in Germany because we are not married therefore he said we would haveto pay full anyway and chances in Belgium are bigger.

Hiya,
I haven't travelled for ICSI as I'm havin mine in England.
But if it wasn't covered by the NHS and a doctor could recommend somewhere in another coutry
I'd definitely be up for going.
