i ladies, i came off depo in 05 and have only had enough afs to count on one hand, im currently on about cd 207 and i had an u/s and an internal scan about a month ago but now ive got to wait until the 25th august to see the gynae again for the results but i was just wondering 1. if its possible i may still be ov as i get quite a bit of sharp pain mainly on my right side, i also had 4 days of light brown spotting last week and 2. what would be the treatment for no afs and possibly no ov? xxx

it depends on what the reason is behind you not ovulating. the most likely cause is pcos. that can be treated with an anti diabetic drug and also clomid which is a drug that helps you to ovulate. if youre having few af's then the chances are you're not ovulating regularly.
