Tremors on waking

When Seth wakes up sometimes his whole body tremors/vibrates. This has happened about 5 or 6 times (to my knowledge).It lasts up to 10 secs. I'm going to mention it to my HV today, but i was wondering if anyone else's little ones have had this?

Max dose this every morning its his way of stretching so hard he vibrates lol

Could be from low blood sugar, is it after long sleeps?
