Hi i have a question for anyone who has had a trigger shot, if AF showed up did it show on exactly 14DPO? I got the shot on tuesday 1st in the morning , and doc said would O on wednesday night, so we DTD for 3 nights. So now am 16DPO no AF or sign of her, but no real pregnant signs either. Could they have been wrong and I really O'd later??????

I don't know the answer to this question (sorry!), but I've been wondering myself if it's possible to O later than 36-48 hours after a trigger shot. I'd be curious to hear if anyone knows if ovulation always occurs within that time frame...
good luck though, sounds promising that you're 16dpo!

Thanks! Am googling it also, but have not really found anything yet.
Does sound good, but am scare to even think of taking a test and seeing another -.
Have you had a trigger shot before?

I had a trigger shot this cycle, it was the first one I've had. I was a bit confused because my temps were confusing in the few days following the trigger (I also had one day where I got three different readings on the bbt so that didn't help clear things up), and then about three days after the shot they were high and clearly post-O temps. So I don't know when exactly I ovulated. It was frustrating since I had an IUI and I don't know if it was timed right.

boy, that sound like a roller coaster ,so sorry! I really hope you get your BFP this month!
This was my first cycle having the shot, plus clomid. The only thing I've been able to findout is that over 97% of woman who receive the the shot O within 36hrs. Nothing saind anything about it being later, and the doc did tell me I would O on Wednesday night.
When did you have your shot?

I did the shot on the night of cd11 and then went in for the IUI on the morning of cd13. It may have been that I was ovulating 36 hours later, it was just a gradual temp shift...who knows!
Good luck to you as well, I hope this is the bfp cycle for you!
