Trigger Shot Tonight and already DTD- too soon?

My husband has very healthy viable sperm. I figured it wouldn't be too big a deal to get one BD session in a day early. thoughts? Im second guessing my actions. One of my friends said there can be too much confusion between sperms up there if theres an overabundance...whaaaa??

Your friend knows nothing lol.
It can't hurt to have an extra bd sesh and if he has healthy sperm every 24hr is fine
