Triphasic at 4dpo???

Hey ladies,

I posted this in TWW but thought someone here might know or have experience. Please see my chart - is it poss to go triphasic at 4dpo???

since 1dpo, 2dpo and 3 dpo are all still fairly close to your pre-O temps, i would say it's not triphasic, but just a great temp spike to confirm ovulation!

FF likes to give crosshairs the day after a positive OPK, but especially since you had EWCM until sunday, if i were you, i would try switching your detection settings to FAM and see what it does after your temp on thursday.

my guess is your body geared up to O, you got the positive OPK on CD12 and then you actually ovulated somewhere closer to CD14, and then got your temp spike.

either way, looks like you covered all your bases so if you Oed any of those days, you still have a really good chance this cycle! good luck!

I changed it to FAM and the crosshairs stay the same, so i think i'll stick with 5 dpo but will see in 7 days LOL
