Trouble loosing weight ... Help.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I breastfeed my LO. I'm not dieting but I'm not eating a lot of crap food either. I've been exercising everyday. I still can't manage to lose weight. I seem to be gaining!

I feel like my body is backwards, during pregnancy I LOST weight instead of gained & now that I'm supposed to be losing it I'm gaining.

So frustrated.
 
Hey, try writing down everything that you eat. Find out from your MW/HV how many calories you should be eating and try to stick to that and 5% fat. I found keeping a food and exercise diary really helpful. xx
 
When I was dieting before I got pregnant I found that logging everything I ate was the only way to control what I was eating. I bought a food scale and actually weighed out my food to make sure that I was eating the suggested serving size. I also doubled my intake of veggies and fruit. I had lost 15lbs in 4-5 months when I had gotten pregnant.
