trying again 7 months after M/C

Hi my name is Marie my fiancee and I have one child already she will be 5 this year I had a M/C last year Oct 22nd 2013 they were twins but because of a heterotopic pregnancy. Means I had one latched inside my right tube and the other one was forming in my uterus. My fiancee and I have decided to try again so we had sex on the 7th and 9th of April my period was supposed to start yesterday the 16th nothing happened. I woke up this morning with sharp ovary pains in my right ovary and it hurt to walk I had work today. When I went to the bathroom I had small brown dots of blood when I wiped. I put on a pad to be safe once I got off work I expected with all the pain I was feeling in my abdomen it had to be my period. I checked when I got home no signs of blood on the pad or even when I wiped. Just wondering if any other ladies have been thru this themselves. I know when I was pregnant with my daughter the day before my period was due I had 3 drops of brown blood on my panty liner but that was about it. Of course none of the pregnancy tests came back positive with her till i was 7 weeks pregnant because my HCG levels were dangerously low.

Hi Marie. I'm sorry for the loss of your two little angels. I to had a M/C on the same day last year....I am new here and your post is the first I have read. I too began trying again at the beginning of April and it seems to be positive for me with an Hcg of 355 @ 13DPO. Now I wanted to say that I too had some cramping around the 2nd of May and some small brown spots when wiping.....only that once and I believe this to be when implantation happened. Oh I do hope this is what has happened with you! I have my fingers and toes crossed for you. Please keep me updated. God bless,
