has anyone taken these?
i was tempted to get some in store today to help with hormonal balance.
(as thats what it says on the packet)

or can anyone recommend anything similar?

I took these from the day I had my implant removed as the nurse said it might help bring on normal cycles, the first cycle was 28 days and the second one where I didnt keep on taking them was 39, am back on them and its ranging from 28-32 days so I def think they are helping! if anything they have folic acid in them which you should take anyways if you are thinking about becoming pregnant.

Thanks for the reply. I'm considering these now I think they are 2 (or 3, can't remember) for £10 at asda. Xx
