Trying Not To Go Crazy!

We're NTNP but I really expected to be pregnant this month because of the perfect timing of our sex and what I thought was ovulation. AF is due the 25. Of course I did a test yesterday and got a BFN. I have PMS symptoms starting today but since I started thinking about the possibility of being pregnant, I'm pretty sad about the reality that I'm probably not. I used to chart everything but lost the data and found it too stressful to keep it up. Today I noticed that my cervix seems sort of low and soft and CM is thick white. I've been scouring the Internet and found that every site tells me something different, annoying! I planned to wait until Sunday and test again but I don't know if I'll make it.
