Hi I am new to the game of actively trying. Spent over 7 years NTNP with never having a BFP. Just got married in September to the same guy I had been NTNP with
. I use apps on my phone to track my period and two to track ovulation/period symptoms I have given up on drinking alcohol and caffeine and taking medication. I have tried increasing my water intake and trying to eat healthy. I am a healthy weight although I hope to get back into the gym...I have a membership and have not gone in over a year
Hoping to buy a house next year and will be getting a treadmill/elliptical as my first purchase.

cycle1 we tried the preseed increased frequency of BD. I also ate the core of a pineapple.
cycle2 I used an OPK, BD at the right time, and used preseed
cycle3 this month I intend to OPK, preseed, Guaifenesin and of course
, adding whole milk into my diet as well
