Trying To Conceive #1

Hey all! First off, I'm new here so bare with me!

A little about me: I've been married to the love of my life for 7 1/2 months. I was diagnosed with PCOS at 15. I am now 20 years young! We've been trying to conceive for 6 months.

This Friday I will be ordering the Cassava supplement. I've been told within 60 days it starts to work. I'm very hopeful on it!

I'm 5'8" and 255 lbs. I know going on a diet to lose weight increases my chances, but honestly I was on a diet last year and it just stresses me out. I just don't eat anything I wouldn't give my baby

Now do y'all think with help of cassava I'll be able to conceive, and if I do, what are the chances of twins?
