Trying to conceive #2; First TWW

How likely is it to conceive our second baby during our first cycle TTC since getting off BC? I’m 10 DPO and trying not to symptom spot but I’m feeling a bit nauseous today and I’m NEVER nauseous. Lol. Just wondering if it’s even possible to be pregnant or if I’m just playing with my own emotions here.

I’m 3dpo in my first TWW for number 2, and I feel like I’m driving myself crazy! I’m hoping there aren’t so many of them...the pre-ovulation stage is exciting, and then the TWW feels so incredibly long!
I found this online:

38 percent were pregnant after 1 month.
68 percent were pregnant after 3 months.
81 percent were pregnant after 6 months.
92 percent were pregnant after 12 months.

It’s awful though-It’s way too early for me, and every little niggle down there, I’m questioning whether it’s potentially baby related! Ugh, it’s going to be a long week!
