Trying to conceive.

Has anyone had any success getting pregnant with Metforim?
I start them in two days and hopefully I get pregnant.

I'm 19 and my ovaries are failing due to my PCOS. I have 75 cysts on one ovary. My fiance and me are trying to conceive before time runs out.
