Hi me and my wife have be trying to have a kid for like 3 years been to the doc and they told use that my guys don’t swim right it is at like 3 or 2%. Know I like to know is there a way to help get pregnant with out going to the doc to do it can use all info we can get. She takes her temp every day and we map it on 2 apps
