trying to keep my hopes up! PCOS

good morning everyone!! so me and my husband have been ttc for about a yr.. i was diagnosed with pcos march '11. Started taking metformin in july and i finally started my period every month since on a 38 day cycle.. i tried doing opks and always end up getting negative results. my previous gyn doctor said i was too overweight and that i should lose about 50 more pounds which i already have lost weight i lost 20 pounds from 308 to 288. this month neg opk but still bd around the time i was suppose to O and by then my temp dropped from my usual 98.5 to 98.3 and the past few days ive been 98.8. im due today to get af but ive been cravings chocolates like crazy and nausea nipples sore like crazy and a crazy backache!! and cranky.. i hope its not pms and i finally am pregnant going thru this is so depressing crying all the time im praying this is it!! going to threads and reading ppls success stories really gives me much hope! i love u guys for it!
