Trying with Clomid after MC??

Hi ladies, I recently had a M/C at 8 weeks, we saw a heartbeat at 6w3d, although I found out later the doctor thought it was a little low We went back in at 8w3d, and baby was only measuring 6w with no heartbeat I had a D&C on Dec 16th, and now I'm trying to figure out what's next. Both times I've conceived (DD and ), I've been on Clomid, although this last pregnancy only required 50 mg. Anyone have an idea how soon I could start trying again? I see my doctor again 1/5, so I know no BD'ing until then. Also, any advice on if I should try Clomid right away, or wait and try a few cycles naturally? Of course I just want to be pregnant again as soon as possible

I'm so sorry for your loss. I too was on Clomid (50mg I believe) when I was trying to conceive a couple years ago. I too suffered a miscarriage at almost 6 weeks.

I was told to wait at least one full cycle before trying Clomid again by my fertility specialist. However, I found I wanted a bit more time than that - mainly to grieve. Take as much time as you need, mama. Rest. Recuperate. Find your self again in all the chaos.

After about 2 months, I used Femara and got pregnant with my rainbow baby right away. I wish only the best for you, sending hugs and good thoughts your way!
