TT Teats

I was using breastflow bottles, but we changed to TT... now my little guy is awfully greedy and guzzles down his 3oz in just a few minutes which results in him bringing his milk back up

I've tried sitting him up, stopping him after a few mls none of this works!

The teats on the bottle say 1, so I assume they are stage 1? lol. Is it possible to buy slow releasing TT teats? x

My girl takes an hour to take 3 oz!

All I can suggest is trying to judge when he has taken 1oz and wind.

I don't think you can get slow flow teats, sorry. You could try avent bottles though, the teats are thicker so they have to work a bit harder at them.

No, you can get variflow, but he would prob drink even faster that way.

The only thing I can say is that he will probably adjust to the speed and learn to cope with it?

I know you prob don't want to buy new bottles, but I second angelstardust's comment about Avent bottles, they seem to be on the slow side. For instance, Ruby has been on Fast Flow for 6m + since 4m.

Once he's had 2oz I would stop and wind him, then hopefully he'll do the last ounce slower, or he might be wanting 4 oz now and will take his time naturally with that last ounce?
What does he weigh?
