Im very new to all of this. I'm shocked that I formed an account but also was looking for people to speak to whom I don't know seeing as that I've been secretly hoping and ttc (new at these abbreviations!)
Registering on this website and posting a thread, means I have in fact admitted to all of this rather than inwardly hoping for a child without discussing it with anyone... My husband is open to having kids. However, I don't think it is something he thinks about day and night and therefore we don't talk about it too much. He loves kids; I see him around them all the time, he carries them and plays with them and I feel he would love one of his own although he doesnt say it.
"I" have been trying for 5 months now. This month I have not gotten my period yet and it is around 10 days later than usual give or take a day. I did a couple pregnancy tests which came out as negatives (BFN...?). After reading some of what was on this website, I ran today and bought a First Response early result test hoping that the reason i was getting negatives was the type of test this early on (I didnt know about early result...)
So with high hopes i did the test and still got a BFN. Seeing some of what these ladies here have been saying and what's written on the box with the statistics from your experience... Do would you say not to keep my hopes up this high with my period so much later than usual or is this normal?
