TTC #1 with ovulation spotting

To make a long story short, my periods are pretty irregular and I actually went 3 months without one recently. My dr prescribed me Provera to induce a period and it came a day after the 10 days of pills. My period lasted about 5 days. My Dr wanted me to use OPKs to see if I was ovulating so I did that and around CD 15 they showed as positive. I have 4 days of positive tests, followed by random right side cramps and spotting. I've now had very light/thin pink or brown spotting and random cramps on my right side for 10 days. The spotting is very irregular as well, it's not consistent. Sometimes it's one spot a day and other days it's on/off for a few hours. It's not even enough to fill a pad or tampon. It's mostly when wiping. =(

I called my dr but I can't get an appointment for another two weeks. Does anyone have any suggestions of what this could be???

PS: This would be the first real month of trying for a baby. My husband and I started with the NTNP and now we both want a little one to join us =)
