well i been TTC for over a year just been very and me n my fiance been trying to figure why we not getting pregnant. so i went to a obgyn turns out im healthy and all my tests came back normal i was so so we kept trying but my fiance went to the doctor and has a semen analysis he found out he has low sperm count he was just because he know i been stressed and was really thinking it was me.
know we trying to get his healthy and increase his sperm count.
well my ovulation is this Saturday and i was doing some reading that even though he has low sperm count we can still have sex every other day is that some truth to that.
what can we do?
after a while i was done so we stopped ttc.
help me please

You're right - you can still conceive! And with low sperm count, BD every other day is what is recommended, trying to time it especially to where you BD on O day. Have you tried softcups? I've read that when there is a spermy issue, softcups can really help out because you're basically trapping them right up at your cervix, giving them a better shot to get where they need to be.

Also, I'd order FertilAid vitamins plus count boost for him to start taking every day. They say after 3 months on them, their numbers really, really improve. I've even heard of people conceiving after just a month on them. If you don't mind my asking, how low are his numbers?
