So my husband and i have been trying for about 8 months now and no luck. I am 26 and he is 29. I have gone for numerous testing to figure out why i'm conceiving. So here is where the concern started:

Possible endometriosis (bad cramps during af)
Possible bicorniate uterus ( saw in ultrasound)
possible left Fallopian tube blockage (stinging pain on left side during intercourse)
and a small cyst on my left ovary (does not bother me at all)

I had gone for MRI, CT scans and ultrasounds, dye injected into my uterus and x-rays taken, and same thing with my bladder. There is no issue with any of those diagnosis. Hubby went for semen analysis and came back with no issues.

So this month i had a really weird period, it was only 4 days and only one day with actual red, the rest looked like old blood. Then on cycle day 9 my OPK told me to test and it immediately went to high and it stayed that way until cycle day 18 (today). My cramps have been dull and continuous since my cycle started and i had a stronger cramp on my my right side on cycle day 11. I think i may have ovulated as the cm was a little stretchy but not strong enough for my OPK to pick it up. I had a small tiny about of blood in my cm 6 dpo and nothing today. I am not due to get my period until Sept 11/15 as i average a 27 day cycle.

Am i crazy for thinking that there is a slight chance this month could be it, or is my body just being mean to me? Any insight on this would be much appreciated

I haven't personally gotten a lot of testing but many people here have gotten hormone tests, LH, FSH, progesterone. Those all contribute to egg quality, release and implantation. So it could be something there.

Or it could be that you still need the extra 4 months I understand that 8 months is a long time. I'm only on month 4 and already feel impatient but honestly having been on this forum I see that it takes everyone a while to get pregnant.
