I don't share any of the same issues, but I'm here if you want to chat!
DH and I have gone through the wringer with TTC. So far we've had one standard miscarriage, 2+ chemical pregnancy miscarriages (doctors aren't totally sure how many chemicals we've had since one of my issues is chronic low hCG in early pregnancy and we didn't know that the first couple years TTC), and an ectopic with salpingectomy. It's frustrating to say the least, and heart-wrenching at its worst.
DH and I both have fertility issues, though a lot of them have been corrected over the years. The most confusing issue for my doctors is the chronically low/slow hCG/implantation every time I get pregnant. No idea why. It's apparently really rare and there are no studies looking into it.
We're heading into our 6th IVF transfer next month and are hoping this time is finally the right time. We don't have any embryos left after this one, so FX'd big time. They've been running test after test after test and didn't find anything that would definitely cause so many loss, but they did find one thing that was shown to raise the risk of miscarriage in some women based of a single study in the 80's. It's been treated, so our chances are officially higher next time around.
At this point, they really don't know why we've had multiple losses, or why my hCG is always so low, so this coming FET cycle they're using Prednisone and Lovenox to hopefully help things along (plus all the other fun FET meds). In natural cycles I'm on progesterone suppositories for the whole TWW so if an embryo shows up in my uterus it will have a lot longer to implant.
