So I just went off my birth control last month (I've only taken it for 7 months, ever) and definitely felt my sex drive go up around ovulation time. We have been having unprotected sex and if my period goes back to normal I will due for it late next week. Around ovulation time I noticed light spotting, but 4 days ago while having sex I peed out a small amount of bright red blood. I thought for sure my period started early so wore liners. For two days afterwards I had really, really light brown spotting, and now today there hasn't been anything. I'm not sure if this is caused by going off of birth control or if it could be implantation bleeding. Does anyone have any similar stories? I've searched high and low on the Internet for how much spotting is normal after stopping birth control and can't find anything. I'm obviously hoping its implantation bleeding but don't want to get my hopes up either. Please help!
