Hey everyone,
I'd like to start this off by saying that I'm sorry the title attracted you to this post. I'm sorry for your loss/losses.
I lost my first in November and am now TTC, I am so confused and I'm desperate for advice right now.

I got my period after the miscarriage, exactly on time, 31 days later. Well, in December we started TTC, and I was using an OPK, after 10 days and no LH surge detected (day 11-day21), I called bs (sorry for my language) and out of frustration stopped using them.

I still haven't had a period, it was due 4 days ago and I'm having pregnancy symptoms (nausea+vomiting, sore boobs, heightened smell).. But I took two urine tests, both negative (Dec. 30th, Jan. 3rd).. On January 4th I did a blood HCG also negative.
Anyone have any advice as to what is going on? I feel crazy for even having the "pregnant" feeling I had last time after getting a negative blood test. Is it possible that I ovulated super late and am at the beginning of a pregnancy? Or am I creating it all in my head?

Any comment is appreciated.

It's totally possible...how far along were you with your pregnancy? Cycles can be very wonky for several months after a loss. Were you testing multiple times a day with the OPK's? Holding before you did it in afternoon? because your urine can get too diluted to pick up the LH surge. The most likely scenario is you O'd late or are having an odd anovulatory cycle. I would suggest getting a bbt thermometer and keep an eye on your temps for awhile...it's the best way to tell you ovulated.

So sorry you're going through all this!
