TTC after LEEP

Hoping to hear stories, both good and bad, about pregnancy after a LEEP.

I was diagnosed with HSIL and have a LEEP scheduled in February. I'd like to have another baby in the future (in a year or two), but I know there are risks for miscarriage and preterm labour.

I've had two successful pregnancies, but also had 3 miscarriages. I had two c sections as well, so that would be the plan for a third.

Hoping to hear anything really, both about the LEEP, TTC after, and pregnancy.

Hi there! So sorry to here about the LEEP but I'm glad they caught it and can get it resolved. I had a LEEP when I was 18 - I was nervous about it because I didn't have children yet and a mom was all I ever wanted to be. I am happy to say that I carried my son to 39+3 when I was induced for other reasons. I did have weekly ultrasounds to check cervical length started from 16 weeks to 22 weeks. If I had shown any signs of cervical shortening, she would have inserted a cerclage (a stitch) to keep me from dilating too early.

Oh and as far as the actual LEEP procedure - it was nothing and I was back on my feet later that day. I hope it goes smoothly for you!
