Hi anyone who would like to join me on here. I am not new to this site but looking to start fresh for some support as I continue this quest for pregnancy journey. I have two beautiful kids from a previous marriage, no complications and textbook perfect pregnancies. My current husband and I (he has no children of his own) have been trying since October 2013 and I have had:

1. Chemical pregnancy in October 2012 - first try pregnant. We technically started trying in 2012 but stopped after the we miscarried for a year. We bought a new house, career change etc.
2. Another chemical after getting pregnant again on the first try (I hate the word chemical, it's an early miscarriage no matter what you call it) in October 2013.
3. Ectopic pregnancy at 6 1/2 weeks in March 2014, they found the baby in my right fallopian tube. I was treated with methotrexate to terminate.

We had to take a forced 3 month hiatus from TTC after the medication and we started trying again in June 2014. We have been in fertility treatment since last January, I asked for furhter investigation since I had two miscarriages. All results perfectly healthy. My husband has an excellent sperm count and I apparently have great eggs and lots of them! We decided to try an IUI in June 2014, it failed. We took July/August off and then started again in September 2014. Still no luck and it's been 5 months. Our timing isn't always ideal but we always BD once or twice when I am fertile. I am bang on every month and have never had a problem getting pregnant, not sure what's going on now.

Anyway, here I am. Still waiting patiently. Anyone want to be buddies and wait it out together?

Natalie

HIiNatalie

I am so sorry to hear of you losses and the tough time you have been having. I know what you mean about the term 'chemical ' pregnancy. Its like the name they use makes it less important. However I disagree, no matter how early a loss it is very upsetting.
I recently had a 'chemical pregnancy' at 5 weeks 2 days on the 7th December 2014 (ironically the day my nephew was born :-( ) So i am now in my second cycle of ttc since (currently in the ttw). Not feeling optimistic as me and DH calmed down with the BDing this month as our heads weren't really in the game.
I can wait around here with you if you like :flower:

Hi Trying4First1,

Love you to join me! I know how incredibly frustrating it is, all this waiting. How many DPO are you? I know what you mean by not feeling in the game. It got to the point where we did not enjoy sex anymore and I would usually end up in tears because my husband just couldn't perform. After multiple losses and the months that pass by ending in disappointment, its hard to keep going. We stopped being so agressive the past two months and I definitely feel more relaxed about, I even stopped using OPK's. Still haven't gotten pregnant though...huge sigh.

You are trying for your first?

Natalie

I'm so sorry for your loss, Nataliek! I know how much it hurts, and hate the way that early MCs are downgraded with the term "chemical." I suffered a chem earlier this month, a nightmare of a double MC from August-September, and had a couple of losses many years ago that I'm not even counting toward my current tally. :( It's hard to go through, and I'm sorry that the two of you are encountering a bit of a delay in your current attempts, though it's heartening that everything is physically fine! I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you that it happens soon!

I'm sorry for your losses Nataliek.

I know what your going through. It took a year between my first miscarriage to get pregnant with my DD. I was so annoyed by it all and even went a bit OTT with it all. I'm sure you'll get pregnant again soon, as you said your both perfectly healthy.

Sorry for your losses hun. I'll be your buddy

I passed my baby at 8+4 on 6th January after 1 week bleeding prior. I had retained some placenta so had a d&c on Tuesday.

Fingers crossed we get our rainbow baby soon

Xxx

And to add Ive varied from a loss just after Bfp to a 6 week to a nearly 9 week and they all hurt!

Hi Natalie, I had a mc at 8 weeks, then my girls, then started ttc for #3 in june 2014, had a chem in november, got pregnant straight away and lost it at 7 weeks. Currently on cd 13 and feeling very impatient with all the waiting and not knowing. Fingers crossed for our rainbow babies!

Hi Ladies,

Thank you all for your supportive thoughts, it really helps knowing we are not alone!

I'm on cycle day 10 but I usually don't ovulate until I'm cycle day 15-17. Won't be long until I'm back in the tww.

I'm sorry for all of your heartbreak, we will get our rainbow babies!!

Hey Nataliek, I'll hang with you:)
I had 2 miscarriages recently. The last one ending in a d&c on the 5th of this month but we have decided to give it one more go. It's not easy and I am so encouraged by the strength of other women on this site. Hope you get your rainbow soon

Just thought this might help you ladies ! I suffered a early m c in 2003 I finally fell pregnant with my daughter in 2004 fell pg again in 2006 had a missed miss carriage at 16 weeks thought my world had ended as I found out at a scan so had seen all it's fingers and toes thought I wud never come to terms or want to try again but I did to me a year to pluck up the courage we tried for 7 years with nothing so we gave up and low and behold I fell pregnant last jan but god can be cruel and he took that one as well ! We said one more shot in the march once I'd got over my mc and god smiled on me I have my miracle took along time but don't give up hope and mostly try not to stress good luck ladies . Xxx

Thanks Confused, my husband and are giving it one more try as well. If I had another problem we agreed to stop trying. Getting so impatient to get pregnant again!
