TTC after MC (eventually had to use misoprostal)

OK, so I'll try to keep it short, but Dec 18th started spotting (at 11 weeks 1 day), went to hospital hcg down to 1000, having a miscarriage dr said, emergancy ultrasound on Sun the 20th,, growth stopped at 8 w 4 days, spinal pole no organs or heartbeat. Said I can pass everything naturally, bleed roughly a little over a week, then spotting, jusp to Jan 5th, headed to emergancy due to lightheaded ness and a faint positive on HPT, ultrasound done the 6th, gestational sac still intact, sent to EPCC unit at IWK, another ultrasound or 2, andmore bloodwork (to make sure ot a new pregnancy), just to Monday the 10th, given miso to start contractions, it worked (nothing as horrid as I read, no pain, not like labour), passed sac, took second dose to make sure everything was out and now have to wait for bleeding to stop.

sooooo...... why my long story...
question 1) was told to wait before trying, mainly due to dating purposes......

who recently concieved right after? and successful (my last 2 pregancies both ended at 12ish weeks due to baby not developing at 8 weeks)

or

should i BE A GOOD GIRL and follow no dtd until after first AF?

I never have... and my DS was the result of a straight-after-miscarriage pregnancy. Of 5 pregnancies, his is the only one I've held so I'm not sorry
