TTC after natural m/c

Good afternoon ladies

I had a natural m/c between 4 & 5 weeks, only days after my BFP on 05/03 - I didnt find out thats what happened until last thursday 05/12.

We want to go ahead and try again. I dont know how to tell whether or not I have already ovulated of not. I bled on 05/03 for 1 day even though AF wasnt due till 05/04 - 05/05. Maybe I am still on track so I am going to add a ticker and see if that helps me keep track of it a little.

Anyone need a TTC after a loss buddy? because I do
